Castle of Fairy Tale Residential House

Fang Ming Lo

Interior Space and Exhibition Design Castle of Fairy Tale Residential House by Fang Ming Lo Castle of Fairy Tale is a duplex apartment interior located on the fifth floor of a residential building. The original layout was closed and dark, so partitions were removed and rebuilt to form a tall hall. The hallway was moved to the exterior and the living room was extended horizontally through an arcade and grating lines that bring in sunlight. Part of the ceiling was removed to increase the vertical height and to create a semi-open attic on the second floor that serves as an extension of the study. Four arch windows in the attic wall hold artwork.
