Axis and Lines Residential House

Interior Space and Exhibition Design Axis and Lines Residential House by Ta-Wei Yu In this project, there is an inevitable long linear circulation in this slender-shaped apartment. That being said, with the concept of Axis and Lines throughout the project, spaces are designed to interact with the family's activities. Dark wood flooring links up all spaces as well as divides servant and served spaces. All objects including shelves, louvers, OSB boards, and the knotted hemp ropes inter-echo creating the relationship of woven lines in the space. Anchoring the axis, the curved castle-like storage softens the overall geometry.
