Interior Space and Exhibition Design La Palette Fashion Retail by Firki Studio Inspired by the fashion brand, the design uses embroidery hoops as a metaphor to unify the entire space in an elegant manner. An inexpensive material such as hoops were used ironically to create a rich Indian aesthetic. By training local artisans to follow a modular system, the hoops were arrayed carefully to generate a range of patterns that would form visual enclosures, enabling one to celebrate the craft of embroidery throughout the journey. Lighting played an important role in replicating these patterns as shadows forming sharp textures creating a dramatic backdrop to the gallery.
