Interior Space and Exhibition Design Art Shoppe Lofts + Condos Condominium Sales Centre by Cecconi Simone This 560 m² condominium marketing centre in Toronto – completed in April 2015 and encompassing a presentation gallery, model suite and model loft – is housed in a re-purposed furniture showroom on the future site of the building. The deliberate pathway through the centre introduces the project from the macro to micro. Art Shoppe Lofts + Condos showcases a singular intersection of art, media and fashion to inform visitors’ visual perspective through the space; it is an ideal canvas for project branding, marketing and original artwork.
