Architecture, Building and Structure Design Villa Materada Single family holiday house by Proarh Davor Matekovic The house is designed as two floors hideaway, with a swerved upper floor, large cantilevered spaces that form covered outer spaces and focus the views towards the sea. A perpendicular positioning of the first floor in relation to the ground-floor, made possible the opening of the interior spaces towards the sea thus creating useful exterior spaces such as; a covered entrance space and covered terraces on the ground floor.
