Green Park Residences Residential with communal facilities

BEAD Architects

Architecture, Building and Structure Design Green Park Residences Residential with communal facilities by BEAD Architects Natural shading should be considered at an early stage of the design.Sometimes this creates a layout with no view or connection to its surrounding. In this concept an innovative arrangement has been achieved, which allows more space around the residences, more views of the Park and generally develop an outward-looking development.Water lilies inspired BEAD's design team.An elegant curved canopy frame over each residential cluster was proposed to which Teflon fabric leaves will be fixed. Each leaf will be sized, shaped and angled to suit the particular orientation and to shade the apartments
