Grill Barbeque Restaurant

Interior Space and Exhibition Design Grill Barbeque Restaurant by Yu-Ngok Lo The project turned an existing rundown motorcycle repair shop located in the northern part of Macau into a brand new artisan Barbeque Bistro. The biggest challenge of the project is to satisfy the client’s aggressive programmatic need in such a small space with a very tight budge. The design progress began with figuring a way to fit 40 seats in the 44 m2 dining area. A total construction budget of HK$320,000 was set at the beginning of the project. Our solution was to maintain the industrial aspect of the space by minimally finished the walls and ceiling with a “raw and unfinished” texture.
